An evening of coffee and Stand-Up Comedy headlined by the charismatic Kritarth Srinivasan and hosted by the very funny Rupen Paul, along with two hilarious stand-up acts by the famous lady comedian Punya Arora and the young super talented Suhas Navaratna.
Kritarth Srinivasan, 50% Tamilian, 50% Malayali. In other words, 100% confused. Being a defence brat and not having a hometown or a steady school, threw him into the worst identity crisis. He found his calling and love for stand-up comedy after a brief stint with engineering. He brings energy and charisma to the stage and loves making fun of everything… especially himself.
A frustrated middle class South Indian who did not do engineering, not because he was too cool to follow the crowd but mainly because he didn’t get enough marks. His jokes can find him making fun of the absurdities and oddities of life as experienced by people growing in a middle class homes. He is the winner of the 2014 Comedy Open Mic organized by Big Mic and has performed shows across Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai and Pune.
Punya Arora, is a South-Indian-Punjabi, a Photographer and a self proclaimed Biriyani connoisseur. Her style of comedy reflects on everyday life, encasing some amazingly funny moments and situationsand a couple of accents. Filled with funnies, she loves happiness and making people laugh.
Suhas Navarathna possesses a deranged view of life and is a student of Engineering to boot. He identifies himself as a Dysfunctional Hindu, a realist and an alcoholic. His style of Stand-Up Comedy is based on significant religious observations, his failed relationships and his mother tongue.
