Aisi Taisi Democracy is the coming together of three prolific talents. Stand-up comedian and social-satirist Sanjay Rajoura, stand-up comedian, writer and lyricist Varun Grover for films like Gangs of Wassepur, Aakhon Dekhi, Dum Laga Ke Haisha among others and his recently acclaimed film ‘Masaan’ and bass player and vocalist of legendary band ‘Indian Ocean’ Rahul Ram. Apart from being politically aware and funny, these three artists share a camaraderie that translates on stage with ease and makes for compelling viewing. The whole vibe is that of three friends sharing stories, pulling each other’s leg, whilst delivering content that is bound to make you ponder. Even while you are laughing throughout!

Rahul Ram
Rahul Ram is an Indian bass guitarist, social activist and music composer. He plays bass guitar in the band Indian Ocean, which he joined in 1991. Apart from being an acclaimed musician, Rahul Ram has also made headway into the social scape, taking up social activism. He has also taken up stand-up comedy, and is quite witty when handed a mic!
Varun Grover
Varun Grover is an Indian comedian and screenwriter. After briefly working as a software consultant in an MNC in Pune, he moved to Mumbai in 2004 to become a writer. In 2005, he became one of the six staff writers with the TV series The Great Indian Comedy Show. He later moved into stand-up comedy, and works as lyrics writer and screenplay writer for the Hindi film industry.
Sanjay Rajoura
Sanjay Rajoura (born on 18 September 1973) is a popular stand up artist and actor. After working in the software industry for almost 10 years, he quit his job and decided to become a stand-up comedian. His comedy is centered around common issues like life in India, politics, religion, caste, gender politics and feminism. While most comedians just make jokes, Sanjay tells jokes with a social message.
Kamal Trilok Singh
Kamal Trilok Singh is a filter-less, politically incorrect comic. His wife describes him as a ‘Punjabi Dyslexic Pigeon.’ Observational, topical and often satirical, KTS is always trying hard to find where to draw the line and is often spotted peeing over the line when he finds it. His scathing, if not passionate, point of view is a unique combination of self deprecation, and blatant rhetoric on social change, societal double standards and political hypocrisy.
